Utopia's Delivery Service

All framed pictures - flat fee of £15 

Everything else - flat fee of £10 

After we have processed your online order we will send you confirmation and prepare your purchase for dispatch. The length of time it takes to dispatch your purchase varies – please refer to the list below.

• Wonderland Furniture can only be collected from our gallery in Holt.
• Art prints and pictures are usually printed to order and therefore it can be 3 weeks before dispatch. If the print/picture is in stock, then it will be dispatched within 3 days.  Utopia will contact you to let you know how long it will be on receipt of your purchase order.
• Everything else is usually dispatched within 3 days.

To safeguard Utopia's products they are always delivered to clients using couriers and a 'tracked service' usually with Royal Mail or Parcel Force.

On sight of your delivery IT IS VITAL THAT YOU EXAMINE THE BOX BEFORE SIGNING FOR IT. If the box appears crumpled or broken please write DAMAGED against your signature and take a photo or two before opening it. Broken boxes sometimes reveal damaged goods, where the courier has not taken adequate care, so obviously we need to know about this quickly to rectify the situation and sort out your order. Should you find the contents to be damaged after opening, despite the packaging being intact, Utopia ask that you retain the packaging and photograph the damage immediately, then let us know straightaway. 

In addition to your delivery details and email address, Utopia requires a contact telephone number, just in case one of the team need to speak to you about your order.
